Here at Thelen Audi in Bay City, Michigan we are doing our best at practicing safety precautions for the current coronavirus pandemic. Per Governor Whitmer’s orders, all of our sales staff is currently working from home as our dealership showrooms are currently closed. Our Parts and Service Departments will still be open for your Audi servicing needs! Our building is being cleaned and disinfected continually, and we are following CDC guidelines very carefully. Our service staff is also practicing proper distancing recommendations and will continue to clean and sanitize throughout the day. You DO NOT even need to enter the building for your service appointment – our staff will meet you outside of the building and take your vehicle in for you. When the service is finished, your vehicle will be cleaned and sanitized and will be available for pick-up outside.
Our Parts and Service Departments will be open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm for your Audi repair and maintenance needs. We will post any changes or updates when they become available. If any questions do arise, please don’t hesitate to contact our team online.
